1. Fertility Nurse Coordinator
Job Summary:
Responsible for all duties associated with coordinating In Vitro Fertilization and Ovulation Induction Cycles, includes patient education, clinic evaluation, and telephone triage. Must be able to identify patient’s ability to understand directions and identify areas requiring additional teaching. Functions independently with intrauterine inseminations.

2. Reproductive Endocrinologist:
