Financial Options for IVF with Donor Egg


We’re pleased to announce the availability of the Attain™ IVF Program (formerly known as the IntegraMed® Shared Risk® Refund Program). For about the price of two IVF cycles, the Attain™ IVF program allows a patient to prepay for up to three IVF cycles and three frozen embryo transfers, with a refund of at least 70% should a patient decide to discontinue treatment, or in the event that the patient does not take a baby home from the hospital.


Our Donor Attain™ IVF program available through IntegraMed® is also a 6 cycle investment ( 3 Fresh & 3 Frozen) upfront fixed discounted cost with a guaranteed take home baby or a 100% refund of IntegraMed's cost. 


Donor IVF Qualification Criteria:

  • Donors form the ages 21 to 32
  • Donors Day 3 FSH and E2 within normal limits
  • Recipients Evaluation of Fallopian Tubes and Uterine Cavity

 

What is included in the Program:

  • Recipient Bloods and ultrasound (in cycle)
  • Donors blood and ultrasound (in cycle)
  • Egg retrieval
  • Embryo Transfer
  • Embryology (including ICSI) 

 

What is excluded from the Program:

  • Donor & Recipient Prescreening
  • Recipient medications
  • Donor compensation
  • Anesthesia
  • Donor Supplemental Insurance
  • Assisted Hatching
  • Cryo- Preservation & Storage fees
