May I bring my children to the office and to Clinic?

We understand that this can be challenging for some of our patients. We do ask understanding that in a medical practice there are supplies and equipment that may be pose a danger to small children. For this reason we request you attempt to use caution when making the decision to bring children to your appointments. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

How does Albany IVF use email to communicate with patients?

We use email to get information to you quickly regarding your consultations, and occasionally regarding lab results. Sometimes if there has been extensive discussion between patients and staff that needs Dr. Horvath’s input, he’ll email his responses to nursing to you. Unfortunately, at this time we don’t use email for two–way communication.

If you have a simple question or need to notify us of a specific need, use our voice mail system. Please refrain from asking clinical questions or giving us information that requires reviewing your clinical record with voicemail. Use the telephone for this. Simple clinical questions should be directed to our fertility nursing/administrative staff. Complex questions should be addressed at appointments.

Also, while Dr. Horvath may email information to you, please do not reply with questions, but direct your questions as above.
