Clinical Services

Each patient is assigned to a primary nurse who is responsible for managing all aspects of care.

To contact your primary nurse please call our main office number to be directed to a specific nurse.

Lab Services:

Semen analyses are available by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings. Weekends book fast, so please call ahead.


To schedule an appointment for the andrology laboratory or for general laboratory related questions please contact the lab at ext 249.  If the lab staff is unable to get the phone leave a message and your call will be returned to your verification number as soon as possible.

For comments and concerns please contact our Laboratory Administrator, Marsha Forman at ext 245.


Test Results:

Semen analysis results are available within 2 weeks of your appointment.  A business card with the date of expected results will be handed to you at your appointment.  Please call your Fertility Nurse Coordinator for your results on or after the date on the card.


Voice Mail:

  • Due to our high call volume, you’ll often be asked to leave a message on our voice mail system.
  • Leave your full name (first and last) and a phone number where you can be reached during our normal business hours.
  • If your call is an emergency, tell the receptionist, and a member of the clinical staff will assist you.
  • Calls will be returned within 24 hours of receipt.

Verification Number:

Please make sure you have updated your verification number as it is the phone number that the staff will contact you at and leave messages.


Medical Emergencies:

  • If you have a medical emergency after hours, you may access our emergency beeper system through our main number.
  • Listen to the message and follow the directions carefully. The staff member on call will return your call.
  • If you leave a message, please stay by your phone until we return your call.
  • If you have Caller ID, you must deactivate to allow a return call to be connected to your phone line.
