Hello and welcome to the 2009 Baby Harvest signup sheet. Please enter your information below and click submit to reserve your place at the harvest.

 

Please Note:

  • The registration code required for the form below can be found on the Baby Harvest mailer that was sent out the first week of September. If you never received the mailer, call (518)434-9759.
  • This event will be held rain or shine. Costumes are welcome but not required (Costumes are not allowed on the jumping pillow, so please bring a change of clothes for this activity).
  • Cider and donuts will be provided and a cash concession stand will be available.

  • This is a private event however the press will be attending. If you are willing to speak with the press, a wrist band will be provided for you to wear. Only persons wearing wrist bands will be approached or photographed by the press.
  • Admission includes: Two adults, Albany IVF children and their siblings
