Professional Background
I was born downstate, but I have resided in Saratoga County since the age of 12.  I attended Hartwick College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.

My career began at Albany Medical Center in the pediatric float pool, which included cross-training in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), and general pediatric unit.  Very quickly I realized I wanted to be in the NICU full time, and I had a burning desire to work in the top children’s hospital in the country.  So I experienced two of my greatest learning adventures through traveling nursing at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (known as CHOP) and Boston Children’s Hospital.  These experiences will always be near and dear to my heart.

Eventually deciding it was time to get grounded back home in the Capital Region, I returned to Albany Med.  While neonatology is such a rewarding field in which I’ve always felt as though I was making a difference, I’ve increasingly wanted to explore the field of women’s health as well.  In January of 2007, I accepted a position at Albany IVF as a Clinical Coordinator.

I am so grateful for this opportunity. It is incredibly rewarding to know that I am part of a team who is helping couples complete their families!  Albany IVF consists of a wonderful group of individuals who all bring their unique experience together for the benefit of their patients.  I am a truly proud member of this team, and plan on remaining one for many years to come!
